Power Management System

At the heart of our Big Bicycle Cinema is the Quark Power Station which efficiently manages the power produced by up to 30 bicycle or hand generators.

It has no batteries, rather uses super-efficient Ultra-Capacitors to store and smooth the electricity generated before providing a safe, clean 230Volts AC power source.

APPLICATIONS

  • Cinema: Used in conjunction with any of our Power Generation equipment, the Quark can be used to power an outdoor cinema for up to 1000 people.

  • Music Stage: Can be in conjunction with any of our Generation equipment to power a small music stage

  • Phone Charging: Very popular at outdoor events as an alternative to fuel generators. Can be used to power hundreds of mobile phones.

  • Education: Powering devices with different power requirements can be felt immediately by the user. Great for illustrating power demands and the energy required to power common household appliances and devices.
